Ashley Caldwell is a four-time Olympian, World Champion, and world-record holder in freestyle aerial skiing, with more than 15 years competing at the highest level of international sport. She currently works in portfolio management and investor relations at Sundance Bay, a real estate private equity firm, where she is involved in fundraising, investor communications, and portfolio strategy. She holds a Master of Real Estate Development, a Master of Legal Studies, and a bachelor's degree in Finance. She serves on nonprofit and for-profit boards, is a member of the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Judicial Committee, and is an ambassador for Deer Valley's Ski with a Champion program. She brings a practitioner's lens to leadership, risk, precision, resilience, and high-stakes decision-making.
